Sfidato Day ♫ 9:33 AM
Some people come into our lives and quickly go. Some stay for a while and leave footprints on our hearts...
Firstly, I would like to say sorry for the really long delay. :| I've been caught up with a lot of stuff, and I didn't have much time to blog. ]= And secondly, I would like to apologize for the extremely long post... There's just so much to talk about. ^^
Hahah! :D
So right now I want to talk about how sweet the boys in our batch are. ^^ [And of course how awesome us girls are. Haha! :D]
So as some of you know, it was Sfidato's 1st birthday last October 29, 2009. [=
It's this thing we have in school. It isn't something I can talk about in a place like this, but what I can say is that having a birthday isn't something we decided on our own. It isn't something we can just make up like "Hey! October is a good month and no one celebrates their monthsary on the 29th. Let's make this day our birthday!" No, no, no, no, no... That's not how it goes and that's not how it's supposed to go. > . <
We earned this day and we got it because of the principal we all loved. ]=
But yea. :D And since it was our birthday we all decided that we'd wear our batch jackets. :D

Anywayss... So last Thursday was our birthday, and since Wednesday, we [girls] were planning to prepare a surprise for the boys, but then they found out, and when Thursday came, the boys decided to surprise us first. We knew they found out, so we made up or minds and moved it to the next day.
But yea... During lunch, all the guys went out and bought stuff which I assume were flowers. Hahah! :P Twinkle and I ate lunch then stayed in the classroom and waited for the guys to come back. [Yea, we all knew they were going to do something, they were being so obvious. :P ]
When they got back, we were all "They're here, they're here!" And we just sat there and the boys were all "Go to the conference room in 5 minutes."
Then when we all went out and headed to the conference room [which happens to be right beside our classroom], all of us were being sarcastic and "Wow! What a surprise!", "How shocking!" or "Suuuuure..." Hahahah! :P
Then we entered the room, I was one of the first to go in coz I was excited and our classroom was really close compared to Wave and Quantum. :))
We walked inside and were welcomed by the boys singing Mr. Suave. Hahaha! xD It was hilarious and I couldn't stop laughing at the looks on their faces when they were singing. :P

After that, they said "We love you, girls!" Then yea... ^^
Then we [girls] pretended to walk out and get angry, we were saying stuff about them ruining our plans and all. [They said Harvee cried because of that. Hahah! ^^ I didn't see it though, but the story was funny. :P]
But a few seconds after we walked out, we decided to go back in and pretend to get angry later on instead. We felt sorry for them. Hahahah! :))
Anywayss... When we were back inside they started giving us flowers. ^^ How sweet! That's why I love them so much. ^^
I was actually watching Kuro Neko from the corner of my eye [of course not directly]... Y'know... Just wondering if he was gonna give me one. But sadly, he just walked right past me. :) It's alright though, because right before I could even wear a disappointed look on my face, Kryle came over and handed me a rose. ^^
It was really sweet. ^^
Then after the whole thing, the bell rang and we had to go back to our study halls. A lot of people were still outside taking pictures, but we didn't want to get marked tardy, so we went inside and took pictures there instead. :P

Get blinded by the awesome Sfidato batch jacket. ^^] I guess it's pretty easy to spot me. :P Front and center with Chryzia peeping form behind me. :)) And that's Kryle holding the guitar. [= Kuro Neko is also in the picture. :) If you can guess which one he is, then... You've guessed who he is! Congratulations! Hahah! :P
And just when we were all settled down, Emman knocked on the door. [Yes... Emman.. the guy who's been giving me Christmas and Valentines Day presents since sophomore year.] He asked permission from our adviser to enter the classroom, then he came over to my seat and gave me a rose and said sorry for giving it late. > . <
Anywayss... That's it for the boys' part of the "surprise."
As for ours, we started early in the morning the next day. xD We were in the CR for practically an hour and we even skipped morning Devotion just so we could prepare for the boys' surprise. Of course not all of us were there. :P Please... You couldn't fit all 60-70 girls in there even if you tried. xD
Anywayss, in the CR, we were sorting out the letters we all wrote for the guys into individual brown envelopes, and making the kiss marks. :) [The kiss marks were all made by Nash and Jaymee (and two special kiss marks by Michiko ^^), they prepared these white cloths around the same size as a handkerchief, and Jaymee and Nash put single kiss marks at the corner of each cloth.] It'll be explained later on. :P
Obviously, the guys were on to us already. [Well, they were since the couple of days before.] But we kept doing it anyway, I mean, it's not like we didn't know they were planning something the day before. :P
After devotion, [I don't know how they did it; but] they let the guys stay behind in the conference room where manong VJ "talked" to them. :P
Then we entered and started blindfolding them and everything. :D [Before I get to that, there was this list with the guys' names and the name of the girl who would escort them to the other building, but I wasn't able to see mine, so Yves told me to just get anyone.] So when I entered, the first person I saw was... Ricco. :P So there I was putting my tangerine neckerchief around his face. :P
[Yea, not my necktie, some of us had a parade to go to, so a few of us were in girl scout uniforms. > . < ]
Then we walked them to the not-so-big space in the old Educ building [which now belongs to Sci Hi. :P]

There, we lined them all up and the girls crowded at the side. xD When they removed their blindfolds, before their eyes were tables filled with brown envelopes with their names on each of them. :P
Kate told them to grab the one with their name and that everyone should have one. But we purposely hid the Prime Minister's [DP] envelope. :P
[The plan --->] Then the girls said "Kiss nalang!" So Michiko [of course] stepped forward and pretended that she was actually going to kiss DP. At first DP was all happy and smiley and all, but later on, he started to look nervous and started shaking his head. :))
Then Michi stopped, and Kate asked "Gusto niyo ba lahat ng kiss?" Then yea. xD Michi gave the white cloth with the kiss mark and other girls started giving their kiss marks to the guys. :P
[Sorry again.. That was the only picture I could find. :P]Anywayss, I couldn't really decide who to give my kiss mark to. I mean, it wasn't actually a kiss mark from me, but judging by the looks of it, it was from Nash. :P
At first, I was sure that I'd give it to Kuro Neko or maybe Ricco coz he's the one I escorted. But then I thought... I'm not that close with Ricco. And if I gave it to Kuro Neko, he'd be suspicious and all.
So then it entered my mind... Why not Kryle? I mean, he was the first to give me the rose the day before. So yea... my mind was made up and all I had to do was look for Kryle in the crowd. But [and again] as I was scanning through the boys, I spotted Emman. > . <
Gosh! I knew I was going to be teased and embarrassed and that I was going to regret doing this, but I did it fast and got it over with. He's done and given me a lot for years, I guess this is the only way I could repay him... Y'know... Before I changed my mind.
So I went over to him, handed him the piece of cloth and said thanks for the rose.
[Can you guess who got the other special Michiko Kiss? Well.. Doii... None other than Vernon! Hahaha! ^w^]
Now here's the good part. We asked the boys to proceed to the terrace of the building, while we went to the dirty lot beside the building. :P

And that's us. :P If you can see it well, Mel and the others spelled out "BOYS" on the ground with sticks, stones... and dirt for the letter S. :P
Then when we were there, we sang "Smile", but a lot of us didn't know the lyrics. > . < So we stopped and sang "You First Believed" instead. [It's the song playing right now. ^^ Read the song description in the side bar. [= ]
Mel even had balloons prepared. Green and Black ones [of course ^^]. There was even a banner that was suppoed to fly away with the balloons when they were released, but they had to detatch it because the green balloons wouldn't fly. > . < [Because of the delay, they lost their helium.]
Then we saw our principal, Ma'am Dep come out of her office. She had this angry look on her face. [Yea, she looked really angry.] So we finished it up when we saw her and ended it with us shouting "WE LOVE YOU, BOYS!!"
And of course a response... "WE LOVE YOU MORE!!" [See? Now that's why I love our batch so much. ^^]
Now here comes the Kill Joy telling us to go back to our classrooms and scolding the other girls for not having their neckties on. [Sheesh! Of course they didn't have it on. Otherwise what would they use to blindfold the boys?]
We were having such a great morning, but she had to ruin the whole thing. I mean, can't she allow us to have fun once in a while? It's not like a batch birthday comes along everyday. Or she could've at least let us finish. ]=
I'm telling you... Worst principal in history. [ We all miss Sir Dioni. T~T ]
Anywayss... Let's not let the tubby lady ruin our birthday.
