So my day started off alright. Hahahah! :D We had our morning devotion in the gym, and finally, after a really long time, it was a devotion with the whole school. ^^
Then we practiced for grand cheer and had a rundown for the whole Sportsfest. :D
The teams were awesome today. ^w^ But for the dry run, Green team won for best Entertainment Cheer. ]= That has to change tomorrow. T~T Yellow always gets best Entertainment Cheer. ]=
Oh well. I'm with the seniors now, although we're not competing. Hahahah! :D
Then during our break, I saw Kuro Neko with a girl. :) Try reading my July 29 post. The girl that Arian talks about there, is the same girl I saw Kuro Neko with. Gosh, I think something's trying to tell me something. Let's call this girl Blish. Rovie gave her that name today. :P
So here's the story, I let go of Dimples when I found out he was going to court Blish. And when I said I didn't like him anymore, I found out that he decided not to court her. Not that it mattered to me anyways.
Then here I go starting to like Kuro Neko when today I see him with Blish. Bah! > . <
What on earth is up with the guys I like and this girl? ]= I was actually hoping today that Dimples would push through with asking her so she'd stay away from Kuro Neko. But that was probably selfish of me especially since I actually said it out loud to my friends. ]=
We're not a hundred percent sure if he likes her or not, but they spent a lot of time together today. And before today, I didn't think they were even that close of friends that they'd actually share earphones. Moreover, I never even saw them talk to each other much during the past years.
Anyways.. That's not my real topic for today. ^^
We had half day practice today and in the afternoon, the seniors practiced for the batch dance and the seniors' cheer. :D Then we started setting up our props, and so did the lower years for their teams.
During lunch, after the run down of the whole event, Twinkle, Rovie and I went to Nalig's house to check out our props. :D Then we decided to help. I painted a part of the ribbon in our logo [you'll see later on]. Then we went back to school to practice.
I think I got oober hyper because of sniffing the paint a lot back when we were at Nalig's house. So when we started dancing, I kept jumping and all. xD
But when we went to the upper bleachers to practice the Seniors' cheer, I kind of lost all my energy due to fear. Yes, I'm afraid of heights and when we're up there doing our cheer, I can't help but not move so much, I can't even stand up from my position unless I'm holding on to something... or someone. -.-"
This is what the gym looked like before the teams started decorating. There were a few props already, but nothing compared to how any of them looked like when everything was finished. :D [Yes, that's a view from the upper bleachers, where the seniors will be having the Seniors' cheer]
And that's how the lower part looked like before we put up our props. :D
And before I show you the outputs, I wanna show you the cool thingies that the juniors made for their centerpiece. ^^
Then after a while, I started to have a deep craving for snow cones. So I asked Rovie and Twinkle to accompany me to go to FB and buy one. :)) It was my first time to buy a sow cone from the new store in our food court, and it was really good. ^w^ No wonder Inna eats it almost everyday. :))
Yes, that's Rovie in the background. Hahahah! xDThen the guys started setting up our props in our area and the others were blowing balloons. I tried to blow a white one but i couldn't, then I ehard someone say that the white ones were harder to fill with air compared to the green ones. So I asked for a green one and started to blow it... But nothing. -.-" Waah! I felt like a loser. -.-" Everyone could do it and I couldn't. Hahahah! xD
Anyways, wanna see our logo thingy? :)) Seniors have something like that every year which is made by the seniors themseves. :D Isn't it awesome. ^^ It may not be as good as the previous batches' logos but I love this one. ^^

And yes, they put tube lights. Hahahah! :P And here comes ma'am Dep saying "I am telling you, those lights are useless and won't be seen tomorrow." But then we were all "Whatever." Hahahah! :P I was anyways. :P
If you turn over the SFID part of Sfidato, [as in turn it upside down] it'll say Dies. :D I think that means TEN in Ilocano. Or Spanish. Or whatever language it is. Hahahah! :P
The seven gears represent our angels, Legatus. :D [only 6 gears in the second picture coz one fell off. They reattached it anyways. :D] 7 because they're batch 2007 ^^
The 4 points in the corners represent our 4 years in Science High. 10 at the back means batch 2010. I don't know which one it is, but Caleb said earlier that something represents UB [our school].
And as for the letter O of Sfidato, it's a clock, Caleb said he didn't really know what it meant. Twinkle said for her, it could represent our memories. I simply thought it meant "Time is Gold" Hahahah! :P

As for Blue, I had to take 2 separate pictures for upper and lower booth since I couldn't take a full picture.

This year, for best booth, it'll either be Blue or Red. ^^ Their booths are awesome. :D

WE FiNALLY GOT OUR BATCH JACKET!!! ^o^
Hahahah! Yea :) In our school, Seniors get to have their own clothes or whatever to "show off." During my brother's time [Batch 2005], all they had was a shirt with their Batch's logo on it. And The year after that, Batch 2006 had a batch jacket and for the next years, Seniors have been using jackets :D
That includes us. Hahahah! :D Wanna see? It's colored black and green. I didn't really like that color. A few weeks ago they were deciding what color it should be and I voted for white and blue. White being the base color since for the past years, the jackets had the color black in it.
And as a personal opinion I didn't want to have black in the jacket again. So I voted for white and blue. I don't know who suggested it though. Not much people liked white and blue. I don't know why, it's either my batchmates really like black, or they have a different idea on what shade of blue it would be.
If it was going to be white and this [#0000EE] shade of blue, then I definitely wouldn't want that. But my idea was more of white and this [#0BB5FF] shade of blue. =|
Oh well. hahah! This one looks pretty much okay. :D
Do you see it? :D In the back part, it has "20" on it and in the front, "10" ^^ 2010.. :D Yay! Hahah! xD
It's not finished yet though. I think these jackets were rushed for Sportsfest. :P After Sportsfest, we're going to have to give them back so they can put our logo and our names on it. And pockets too. Hahah! :P
And I love the hood! It's huge! xD
Anywayss... yea. :P Before we got our jackets, Ino and I were helping out with Yellow team's props then Shan said "Ui! Batch Jacket!" Then i let go of the scissors I was holding and dropped all the crepe paper and shouted "BATCH JACKET!!" Hahahah! :)) Then I started running after the others who were already headed to school. :P
After getting our jackets, we all went back to the gym. We decided to continue helping yellow but they were finished I think. :P
Then ma'am Dep was telling us to finish up and have our chain prayers. We planned on having it with the whole school but then Ma'am Dep said to ahve it by team. We seniors already had our chain prayer earlier so we went to our old YDT teams instead.
And then Harvee said that we should all have the prayer together. So Yellow team extended and linked with the other teams, minutes later everyone was in one area of the gym floor with a few teachers praying along with us. :)
All the YDT body said their prayers and then it reminded me of when we were juniors and our chain prayer lasted what felt like hours. Caleb and a few of the YDT Body even cried since last year was our last Sportsfest with our teams. :) And this time will really be the last. ]=
Anyways, I guess that's it. [= Watching all the teams today and earlier tonight preparing their props and all made me feel real sad. I really missed doing that. ^^ That's the reason why I helped Yellow team in making their props. :D
Alright, I'm going to go sleep. It's 10:44 and I told myself earlier that I'd sleep at 8 so I could wake up early for tomorrow. Hahah! :P
We have to be at school at 6:30 but I'm going to be there at around 5 because my sister has to meet with Blue team at that time. Gosh. -.- Hahah! :P
